Born in a large family of 11, and being number 7, I was often lost in the mass. My parents were too busy to give focused attention to us. Thankfully, our material needs were provided for, but not our emotional needs. I don’t remember my father hugging me, oh how I would have loved that hug! So I learned to keep my emotions to myself. This obviously had its own consequences.
When I grew up, I came to terms with the developmental trauma I suffered as a child. So I resolved to deal with this trauma and help others reach the freedom they are all capable of achieving.
I am an international trauma informed care trainer.
